Sears Crosstown Part 3: The Machinery Room

In case you’re just now joining our tour, here’s what we’ve already explored:

Sears Crosstown Part 1: An Intro to the Tour

Sears Crosstown Part 2: We’ve Entered the Building

Today we’re heading into the machinery room, which will be demolished. I loved this room and the pictures everyone took. So today’s post is basically just a feast for the eyes.

These amazing photos were taken by a group of Memphis photographers to document Sears Crosstown as it was in June 2014. Because they’ve been gathered from multiple sources, a few of these might be miscategorized (by me) as being taken in the machinery room. I hope that even if that’s the case you will still enjoy them to  the fullest.
